What exactly do you sell?

Three fixed stages. Research ($1,899, about 2 weeks) produces a written assessment of where AI should go in your operation — interviews, workflow and data mapping, a ranked opportunity list, and a recommended next step. Prototype ($2,899, about 1 month) builds one working demonstration of the top opportunity for stakeholder review. Build is a custom-quoted production system, typically 12–24 weeks, delivered through our Blueprint: Connect → Map → Research → Build.

What do I receive from Research — and what do I not?

Accepted Answer

You receive a written brief: interview findings, a map of workflows and data paths, opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility, risks, and whether to Prototype, Build, or wait. You do not receive software, integrations, or a production system. Research exists so you can buy that clarity before funding build work.

How is working with you different from an AI agency?

Accepted Answer

We do not start by picking a model or shipping a generic chatbot. We start with founders and operators, then install systems into the workflows that already run revenue, cost, and judgment — with named owners and success metrics. Slides and tool demos are not the deliverable; Research findings or working systems are.

What problems are in scope?

Accepted Answer

Work tied to a business metric you own. Predictive scoring (purchase, churn, conversion, engagement), Decision Intelligence that recommends or automates the next action, agents that run repeating operational loops under your rules, and custom GPTs grounded in your documents and systems. Purely exploratory demos with no metric owner are out of scope.

Do we need perfect data or an in-house ML team first?

Accepted Answer

No. Research maps your data paths and gaps as part of the engagement. Prototype then runs one use-case against your real systems so you see performance limits before Build. You need access to the people who decide and the operators who run the workflows — not a finished data platform.

Question 6

What does day-to-day collaboration look like?

Accepted Answer

We interview executives and operators, map how work actually runs, and write findings you can circulate internally. Prototype and Build are staffed by forward-deployed engineers and AI/ML specialists. You stay the metric owner; we design so your team can operate and defend the system after handoff — with documented scope, timeline, and success criteria on Build.

Question 7

How do pricing and sequence work?

Accepted Answer

Research and Prototype are fixed USD prices above. Build is quoted per engagement after the opportunity is clear — usually after Research or Prototype. You are not asked to buy production software first. Start with Research if you need the ranked map; start with contact if you already know the metric and want a Prototype or Build conversation.
